A plain ember can teach us a lot. While the ember is in the fire, the ember glows red and is very hot. Remove that ember from the fire and sat aside, the ember slowly starts to fade until it is dark and cool to touch
As a Christian, we are also like embers. When we attend church, we stay on fire for Jesus and His word. However, if you remove yourself from attending church, eventually you will turn cold and allow satan to move in.
